Minimalist tops for SS20

Summer is rapidly approaching, and I noticed a trend that’s becoming more popular on Instagram that I wanted to share with you guys – padded shoulder muscle tees! I’m seeing them absolutely everywhere now, and while the original store that carries them is selling out quickly, I was lucky enough to find some alternative versions at Mango (pic below) and Zara, and I wasn’t disappointed!

The minimalist trend is keeping up the pace this season as well, so I’ve linked some simple, casual tops, t-shirts, and blouses! The good thing about these items is that they’re very versatile in that you can wear them to the office, to happy hours, or a chill weekend getaway. I mostly chose white because it looks chic and fresh, and adds crisp insouciance to the look. It also serves as a canvas in case you want to add additional detailing like a trendy blazer, gold colored jewelry, or even a darker shade lipstick.
